SAFETY RECALL NOTICE

Dear Valued Customers:

Sabersport has decided that certain lamps as identified in the enclosed list, fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, Lamps Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.

FMVSS No. 108 requires that certain combination lamps include amber side reflex reflectors.  Some of the combination lamps that Sabersport has imported do not include amber side reflex reflectors.   Amber side reflectors provide increased visibility from the side, increasing the safety of the vehicle.  SABERSPORT will provide either free replacement lamps that are in compliance with all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards or Sabersport will offer a full refund of the lamps identified on the enclosed list. 

If you have any of the listed lamps which was purchase thru our ebay auction or not sure if your front lamps are involved in this recall, please email: support@sabersport.com.  **Please include the ebay item number or your ebay  user ID**.

If you purchase them from local store or thru another ebay seller, please contact them to check if your lamps need to be replaced. This recall is only for partial aftermarket front lamps that without amber reflector and was sold thru our ebay auction. This recall doesn't involved the factory original lamps or the aftermarket lamps that was sold by other ebay sellers or company.

All lamps we are selling now are S.A.E. (Society Automotive Engineers) and D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) compliant to FMVSS no. 108 (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards); and manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO 9002 and QS 9000 quality certified factory.
